Why are Facial Exercises Good?
Facial exercises do provide good blood flow to the skin which in turn makes the skin more elastic and helps to remove toxins. It can make a dull and gray looking face look rosy and maybe even to the point of not having to wear that much makeup or maybe none at all. I don’t use foundation, concealer or even blush as the exercises give me a natural healthy glow. Also believe or not facial exercises can be started at any age and it is never too late to start! Facial exercises are not promoted that much mainly because they are easy to do and not a profitable market as skin care products is. Below I included a few eye exercises for the area around and under the eyes. The first one helps to get rid of the bags under the eyes.Helps to rid the under eye area of bags
The Following exercises also help get rid of dark circles underneath the eyes. Here’s one of my favorite exercises: Sit up straight and close your eyes. Look down and then in two seconds look back up and then again in two seconds look back down and so on. This should be done rapidly and also all of this should be done with closed eyes. Make 10-15 repetitions. You can do as many sets of 10-15 repetitions as you are able.
Sit up straight with your eyes open. Look up, look down, look right and then left. Hold your eyes in each position for one to two seconds. Repeat the cycle 10-15 times. This exercise can also help tired eyes that look at a computer screen all day. I know this because it definitely helps meJ

Sit up straight. Open your eyes. Put your index finger and the middle of your right hand under the right eye right the bags where the bags and dark circles appear. Make the same with your left hand fingers. Lift your fingers by only the muscle of your lower eyelids. Do not press your fingers too much on the skin as this is a sensitive skin area. Make 20 repetitions.
Sit up straight and put your index finger of each hand on top part of each cheek bone. Press your top lip down hard over your top teeth and smile with the corners of your mouth by keeping your top lip pressed down over your teeth and now with your fingers acting as a counter weight smile with the corners of your mouth doing about 20-25 repetitions. You should start to feel a burn in the top part of your cheeks. This exercise is helpful if you have under eye hollows or if you just want to build up your cheek muscles to give you higher and fuller looking cheeks.
The exercises above are just a few of many that I will cover. And the best part is that they can be done just about anywhere and anytime.
